At Oxford Autogas we specialise in LPG conversions, and are Oxfordshires only approved BRC installer. We are members of the UKLPG (LPGA)  trade association for the LPG industry in the UK. Anyone having a car converted should make sure their installer is a member of this association.

We take a great deal of pride in our work and like to make our conversions not only safe and reliable but look, where possible, as if they were part of the original design of the car.

We don't claim to be the cheapest, there are a number of companies offering very cheap deals who often use poor quality equipment combined with quick turn around times. Please take the time to decide if you want a cheap job done quickly or a good job well done, quite often the cheapest conversions can end up costing the most in the long run.

  • Conversions take around three days

  • Free courtesy car

  • Free engine emissions testing and engine validation

  • First class conversion using high quality gas equipment, fit to a very high standard.

  • BRC gas equipment

  • 2 years parts & labour warranty

  • Colour coded and matched LPG filler

  • Drivers LPG manual

All BRC conversions come with 2 years parts & labour warranty and 3 years if the vehicle is converted from new. BRC is an American owned company manufacturing in Europe with over thirty years of experience in the industry. BRC are considered world leaders in the LPG market, having around 25% market share in LPG conversions. This experience has been instrumental in BRC forging alliances with 21 different car manufacturers across Europe producing 15,000 factory LPG conversions per month. All conversions include a colour coded filler. Any holes cut in the cars bodywork are always painted and sealed to prevent rust. Once converted you won't notice any difference in the way your car runs. The car will start on petrol and then change to gas automatically. If you do run out of gas then it will also change back to petrol automatically.

After we’ve carried out the conversion we’ll give you a drivers manual for the system and show you all you need to know regarding re-fuelling and operating the system.
